Making Jurancon Wine
Since I moved to Europe, I’ve become fascinated with the wine-making process. I was fortunate enough to be able to frequently visit the region of south west France where Jurançon wine is made. I photographed this process over a period of several seasons. The vast majority of these images are from Domaine Nigri, located outside the village of Monein.
